For order cancellation after tracking numbers are issued (without returning the product(s)), we accept the following conditions for full or partial refund:
1) Damaged goods received (with photo evidence)
2) Package did not arrive within the times specified above
We do not accept the following conditions for order cancellation or refunds:
1) Package did not arrive within customer's personal desired date to meet an event or schedule
2) Package did not arrive within shipping times specified due to incorrect address submitted during time of order placement or customer not being home for the delivery
3) Tracking shows package delivered but customer claims to not have received it
4) Package could not be delivered because customer provided an address that is not accessible by the local courier (ex: gate security codes, multiple mail rooms in large building, declined due to work place regulations)
